The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault fuel level sensor 2, circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit electrical malfunction or bank 2, system too lean at idle will delay your vw fault. |
07961 Possible Causes:
07961 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 07961 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
