07960 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit high you can see the fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
07960 Possible Causes:
07960 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07960 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
