07922 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel additive control module requested mil illumination to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit and control module defective is the final reason of the code. |
07922 Possible Causes:
07922 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 07922 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'b' primary control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
