The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), adaptation not started to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so please check dtc memory of engine ecu . On the other hand fuel pump "b" control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
07887 Possible Causes:
07887 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07887 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, voltage too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
