This something to do with the intake camshaft timing friction too high, intake cam adjustment bank 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit high also fuel mixture control adjustment range 1, higher limit not reached will delay your vw fault. |
07884 Possible Causes:
07884 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

What To Check After Fixing 07884 Code
- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
