This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signals swapped bank 1 sensor 2 / bank 1 sensor 3 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load and control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
07882 Possible Causes:
07882 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 07882 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
