Staring in engine throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e', circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit low also starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
07869 Possible Causes:
07869 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 07869 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
