Staring in engine exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), voltage supply outside permissible range run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit intermittent / erratic also crankshaft position signal output, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
07861 Possible Causes:
07861 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 07861 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
