Diameter in engine ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), implausible signal and valve for torque support mount, short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
07848 Possible Causes:
07848 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 07848 Code
- Inspect all the connections 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
