Accumulated in electronic control units so reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 1, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles friction too high, intake cam adjustment bank 2 and starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
07842 Possible Causes:
07842 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07842 Code
- Inspect all the connections change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
