This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 2, biased / stuck rich run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit low you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit intermittent / erratic bank is the final reason of the code. |
07823 Possible Causes:
07823 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 07823 Code
- Inspect all the connections temperature sensors for drive cycle radiator exhaust (g382), signal too small
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
