This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448) mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition switch accessory position, circuit low or change evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance will delay your vw fault. |
07821 Possible Causes:
07821 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 07821 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus engine/engine, missing message from ecu 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
