Diagnosing engine bar with 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction and cylinder 2 above knock threshold is the final reason of the code. |
07816 Possible Causes:
07816 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high
