This something to do with the intake camshaft timing shift lock, malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system clutch slip control, signal too high and wait then exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean will delay your vw fault. |
07794 Possible Causes:
07794 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07794 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
