07793 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing generator lamp/l-terminal, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system cooling bypass valve 2, exhaust gas recirculation flow, electrical and interference in mechatronic module is the final reason of the code. |
07793 Possible Causes:
07793 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 07793 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
