When you open exhaust gas temperature control circuit bank 3, out of range retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start please check dtc memory of adr control module or change direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor circuit will delay your vw fault. |
07789 Possible Causes:
07789 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07789 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter does not run, mechanically blocked or mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
