When you open exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448), range / performance run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed secondary air injection system switching valve bank 1, stuck open . On the other hand fuel pump, mechanical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
07776 Possible Causes:
07776 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input

What To Check After Fixing 07776 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
