The problem is about valve for torque support mount, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'i' primary control, circuit low and gear/ratio monitoring adaptation, limit reached is the final reason of the code. |
07761 Possible Causes:
07761 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 07761 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
