Staring in engine accelerator position sensor (g79), signal too high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle actuator control system, forced limited rpm or change exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean will delay your vw fault. |
07758 Possible Causes:
07758 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 07758 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
