When you open evaporative emission system leak detection pump control, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (n304), range / performance or engine torque reduction, fault is the final reason of the code. |
07741 Possible Causes:
07741 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 07741 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
