The problem is about nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit low It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake direct ozone reduction catalyst temperature sensor, circuit high and coolant fan control module 2, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
07701 Possible Causes:
07701 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07701 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for coolant additive pump (j496), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
