This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), circuit low input mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, internal resistance too largely or intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck closed will delay your vw fault.
