07693 Possible Causes:
07693 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 07693 Code
- Inspect all the connections glow plug indictor light (k29), malfunction message from instrument cluster
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
