This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, no activity retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start bank 1, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g300) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation also valve for pump - jet, cylinder 1 (n240), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |

07651 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 07651 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
