07601 Description And Summary : |

When you open nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground also transmission coolant circuit relay, short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
07601 Possible Causes:
07601 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 07601 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
