This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil 'k' primary control, short to plus retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground . So for next turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit intermittent will delay your vw fault.
