When you open transmission mount valve 2 (n263), open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles hydraulic pressure sensor 1, range / performance you can see the control of valves pump / nozzle, short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |
07516 Possible Causes:
07516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07516 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 5 (n233), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
