This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), electrical malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start please check dtc memory of transmission ecu or change data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197) is the final reason of the code. |
07516 Possible Causes:
07516 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 07516 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet, cylinder 6 (n245), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
