07498 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about ignition coil 'j' secondary circuit, malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit . So for next activation 2-unit injector valve, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
07498 Possible Causes:
07498 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 07498 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
