07481 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing engine coolant temperature sensor 2 (g83), circuit range / performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high . So for next linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
07481 Possible Causes:
07481 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

What To Check After Fixing 07481 Code
- Inspect all the connections direct ozone reduction catalyst deterioration sensor, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
