Staring in engine exhaust bank 4, sensor 2, internal resistance too largely It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle actuator control motor, control circuit and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
07461 Possible Causes:
07461 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 07461 Code
- Inspect all the connections camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
