07460 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel pump, mechanical malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high and wait then ignition switch run position, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
07460 Possible Causes:
07460 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07460 Code
- Inspect all the connections malfunction indication light (k83), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
