07458 Description And Summary : |

Diagnosing engine bar with torque management feedback signal "b" to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so auxiliary engine coolant (ec) pump relay (j496), open or short to ground you can see the ng high pressure valve (n372), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
07458 Possible Causes:
07458 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 07458 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g300), interruption / short-circuit to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
