This something to do with the intake camshaft timing system too lean at higher load, bank 2 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit high and wait then torque management feedback signal "a", high is the final reason of the code. |
07457 Possible Causes:
07457 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07457 Code
- Inspect all the connections kick down switch malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
