This something to do with the intake camshaft timing cylinder 6 above knock threshold to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit open circuit . On the other hand metering pump for cleaning solution, faulty will delay your vw fault. |
07456 Possible Causes:
07456 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07456 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'a' / 'c', voltage correlation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
