Staring in engine please check dtc memory of central electric ecu the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+ . On the other hand ng high pressure valve (n372), open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
07444 Possible Causes:
07444 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 07444 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3, probe 2 electrical error in the electric circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
