Staring in engine o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 1 sensor 1 mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to ground and wait then data bus powertrain, implausible message from immobilizer is the final reason of the code. |
07431 Possible Causes:
07431 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07431 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
