07428 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust pressure regulator vent solenoid, control circuit / open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so a/c clutch relay, circuit short to b+ and valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), short-circuit after pluses is the final reason of the code. |
07428 Possible Causes:
07428 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 07428 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
