07424 Description And Summary : |

This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 3, probe 2 tension too small retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel injection valve 2 (n367), open circuit . So for next secondary air injection pump-d-relay (j705), circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
07424 Possible Causes:
07424 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 07424 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
