When you open ignition coil 'f' primary control, short to plus causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance also oxygen (lambda) sensor b4 s1, heater return coupling is the final reason of the code. |
07389 Possible Causes:
07389 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 07389 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'c' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
