The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault starter interlock, circuit short to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold runner control, lower stop not reached and data-bus powertrain missing message from distance control will delay your vw fault. |
07389 Possible Causes:
07389 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 07389 Code
- Inspect all the connections relays for large amount of heat (j360), short-circuit after pluses
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
