07388 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, open circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor activation, intake manifold runner bank 2 control, range / performance and 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
07388 Possible Causes:
07388 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07388 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
