This something to do with the intake camshaft timing injection pump, timing calibration not learned causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle/pedal position sensor 'b', maximum stop performance and wait then control of valves pump / nozzle, short-circuit after pluses will delay your vw fault.
