07331 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor out of range during deceleration bank 2 sensor 1 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu) or change exhaust gas recirculation system performance is the final reason of the code. |
07331 Possible Causes:
07331 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07331 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'b' primary control, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
