This code were stamped on VW Engine case valve for exhaust cooling agent (n313), interruption / short-circuit after mass retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, implausible you can see the coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
07318 Possible Causes:
07318 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 07318 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
