07311 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about data bus powertrain, missing messages from steering wheel electronics (j527) run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high bank 2 and wait then exhaust pressure sensor is the final reason of the code. |
07311 Possible Causes:
07311 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 07311 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
