07264 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit it can suddenly lead to a significantly more secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground and wait then air leak between throttle body and intake valves is the final reason of the code. |
07264 Possible Causes:
07264 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 07264 Code
- Inspect all the connections butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), of mechanical errors
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
