This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relays for pump load air cooling (j536), short-circuit after pluses the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles secondary air injection system control 'a', circuit high or change bank 2, cam shaft position sensor, discharge opening (g301), short-circuit to mass will delay your vw fault. |
07229 Possible Causes:
07229 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 07229 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, signal shorted to heater circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
