07217 Description And Summary : |

Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor negative current control bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open or 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off is the final reason of the code. |
07217 Possible Causes:
07217 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 07217 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of transmission ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
