When you open tiptronic switch down (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), open to b+ . On the other hand secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
07214 Possible Causes:
07214 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 07214 Code
- Inspect all the connections load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
