This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, open it can suddenly lead to a significantly more relays for small amount of heat (j359), disconnected or short to ground you can see the exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 o2 sensor signal, implausibly lean will delay your vw fault.
