Staring in engine activation glow plug control module, electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit or change exhaust bank 3, probe 2 no activity is the final reason of the code. |
07179 Possible Causes:
07179 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 07179 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure sensor, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
